Helen BrightIn 2004, a door opened when I had a form of hypnotherapy that was inspirational. I had one of those 'moments' when I knew exactly what I should be doing and almost immediately booked a course to train as a Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Lifecoach. I had always been fascinated about the mind and how it works, now I was on the road to deeper discovery and personal freedom. I learnt that everything begins in the mind, subsequently affecting the emotions, body and spirit. I decided to add some complementary skills with Kinesiology and Bach Flower Remedies. This enriched my ability to help clients and soon I was ready to embrace the next chapter in my journey - one of deepening spirituality.

Spirituality can be like open access to the internet. There are dangers i.e. phishers and hackers unfathomable information and things unknown. As I began seeing many wonderful changes in clients, I became aware that often I would get insights that were not directly from me - as if I was being assisted by the unseen. My curiosity led me to research and learn as much as I could. I was told many times about my mediumship ability and knew myself to be psychic and had had many experiences. Gradually more things began to happen to me, particularly in the area of past lives. Then I became friends with a spiritualist medium whom I had the privilege of working alongside in a healing centre. I remain ever inspired as to the way mediumship can help in the role of healing today. Many lives are touched when they can connect with loved ones, resolve things unsaid or undone and realise that their loved ones are okay and only another dimension away. In addition, at times, loved ones with the help of a medium, can give advice, direction and help. Whilst there is no concrete proof for this phenomena, there are too many documented personal experiences around the globe that signify that there is definitely something more out there!

I view being a therapist as a vocation and remember a time when I was working in a job that I never really enjoyed and reading an advert about a course that said: "love what you do and do what you love" - it has taken a while, but now I am doing just that - and there's no turning back! I wish you a happy and inspirational journey!
